All forklift operators must have basic training in all types of lift truck and attachments required for their work. This is covered by the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 1989.

The Cardiac First Response - Community Level Providers Course is designed to provide the ability to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation - CPR,  use an Automated External Defibrillator - AED, and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner. 

This is a practical course designed to teach key employees how to use the Evacuation chairs safely so that they can evacuate people who need assistance or cannot evacuate themselves.
